Handle large group enquiries

Enquiries from large groups (more than 10 users) come in via https://ohs.org.uk/members/large-groups/. This form emails website@ohs.org.uk.

Handle these enquiries offline (by phone or email) to discuss pricing and arrangements.

What happens when a group leader adds an invalid sub-user?

The system handles each case automatically. This table explains the expected behaviour:

Scenario	Behaviour
Email exists, tier is none or lapsed	Reactivated — tier updated and linked to the group.
Email exists with an active paid membership	Blocked. Generic message: “This email address is already associated with an existing membership.” No further details revealed.
Email exists in another group	Blocked. Same generic message as above.
Email exists in this group already	Message: “This person is already a member of your group.”
