Welcome! This is the internal documentation site for the Oral History Society website. Whether you’re a staff member, volunteer, or administrator, this is your go-to reference for everything related to managing the OHS website.

You don’t need to be technical to use this site — everything is written in plain language with step-by-step instructions.

  • Getting Started — how to log in, reset your password, and set up two-factor authentication. If you’re new, start here.
  • Membership — guides for managing members, subscriptions, payments, and groups, for both administrators and members.
  • Maintenance — routine tasks to keep the site running smoothly.

If this is your first time accessing the OHS website admin area, please make sure you have done the following:

  1. Logged in to your account
  2. Set up two-factor authentication (2-FA) — this is required for all users within 72 hours of getting access
