Changing member details

A member’s email address must be updated in both WordPress and Stripe to keep everything in sync.

  1. Find the member

In WordPress admin, go to Users > All Users and search for the member’s current email address.

  2. Open their profile

Hover over their name and click Edit.

  3. Change the email address

Scroll to the Email field, replace the existing address with the new one, and double-check for typos.

  4. Save

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update User.

  1. Find the customer

In the Stripe Dashboard, search for the member’s current email address. Open their customer profile — not a subscription or individual payment.

  2. Edit their details

Click the pencil icon in the Details panel on the right-hand side.
