Managing an account
Members can manage most things themselves by logging in at https://ohs.org.uk/members.
Change a postal address (for the printed journal)
Section titled “Change a postal address (for the printed journal)”Log in to the members area and click the Account details tab.
Update payment information
Section titled “Update payment information”Log in to the members area and click the dark red Manage subscription button. This opens Stripe where members can update their card, billing address and billing email.
View previous receipts
Section titled “View previous receipts”Log in to the members area and click Manage subscription. Previous receipts can be viewed and downloaded at the bottom of the Stripe page.
Cancel a membership
Section titled “Cancel a membership”Log in to the members area, click Manage subscription and then Cancel subscription in Stripe.
The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. For example, if the renewal date is 31st January and the member cancels on 1st January, membership will remain active until 31st January.
